  • Item must be returned in its original packaging
  • Items that are used, damaged, or altered by the customer are not eligible for return or refund

📸 Photo & Video Verification (No-Return Cases)

In certain cases, a physical return may not be required.

If an issue is reported (such as damage, wrong item, or defect), we may request photo or video evidence for verification.

Based on review, we may offer one of the following solutions:

  • Replacement of the product
  • Refund to the original payment method
  • Store credit for future purchases

This allows us to resolve issues quickly and efficiently without unnecessary returns when possible.

Once approved, refunds will be processed as follows:

  • Refunds to the original payment method: 5–10 business days
  • Store credit: issued immediately after approval

📦 Exchanges

We replace items only if they arrive defective or incorrect. Please contact us immediately upon receiving your order if there is an issue.
